These are the production and purchase terms for custom business commercials by Dustin Sims. Questions or cancellation requests: bookings@dustinsimscomedy.com. Include your order reference.

1. What you’re buying

One custom commercial is $300 USD. Three custom commercials for the same business are $750 USD: $250 allocated to each video, saving $150 compared with three singles. Both are one-time purchases. The three videos are distinct concepts, developed and filmed as one batch and delivered together.

Each includes original concept development, writing and performance by Dustin, filming and editing, a captioned vertical MP4 typically 45–90 seconds long, your agreed call to action, and a written ready-to-post caption. The agreed concept determines the final running time. Talking-head or Dustin-and-Dusty “Talking to Myself” videos are filmed from Dustin’s RV. Travel, on-location production, and appearances by the customer are not part of this offer. Clean language is available at the same price.

The full amount and any applicable tax are shown before payment in Stripe. Video creation only: posting on Dustin’s Facebook page is not included.

2. Your brief and concept approval

After paying, complete the short creative brief. Provide accurate business details, claims, offer conditions, contact information, pronunciation guidance, and any boundaries. You don’t need a script, a joke, a logo, or a website to get started. You must have the rights to any material you ask us to use.

You receive one concept per video and one consolidated concept-adjustment round before filming. Written approval of the concept or script and the business facts is required before filming begins. No video is filmed on the assumption that silence means approval.

3. Production and delivery

The first-delivery target is 10 calendar days after both payment and a complete brief have been received. The clock pauses only while necessary customer information, changes, or approval are pending. Dustin will give you a specific delivery estimate after reviewing your brief. The three-video batch has the same target and is delivered together. A finishing revision may add time.

You receive the finished files and ready-to-post captions through the delivery method agreed by email. If a production issue affects your estimate, Dustin will contact you with the updated timing.

4. Included finishing revision

One minor finishing-edit round per video is included. Send one consolidated request within 7 calendar days of first delivery. The target for that revision is 3 business days. Minor edits include captions, end cards, contact details, or simple trims using the existing footage.

A new direction, new concept, reshoot, or extra version requires a separate written quote before additional work. Dustin’s factual or production errors, and departures from the approved brief, are corrected at no charge and do not consume your included finishing round.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an unfilmed video for a full refund of its allocated price: $300 for a single-video order, or $250 for each unfilmed video in a three-video order. The retained or filmed videos are not repriced. For example, canceling two unfilmed videos from a three-video order returns $500, leaving $250 allocated to the retained video.

Once filming starts on an approved concept, there is no change-of-mind refund for that video. If Dustin cannot fulfill an affected, undelivered video, its allocated price is refunded. You receive no usage rights to a refunded concept, script, or video. Any applicable tax is handled through the payment refund. Nothing in these policies removes your statutory consumer rights.

6. Where you can use the finished video

For videos you purchase and retain, the named business receives ongoing, non-exclusive use on its own social pages, website, and paid social ads. There is no renewal or ongoing licensing fee. An agency may place ads on behalf of that named business.

This permission does not include resale, unrelated uses of Dustin’s likeness or endorsements, AI cloning or training, advertising from Dustin’s account (including whitelisting), exclusivity, TV or broadcast use, or misleading re-edits. Any third-party assets included in the delivered commercial must have commercially compatible licensing.

Platform approval, reach, views, leads, virality, and sales are not guaranteed. Example results are historical, relate to particular posts, and do not forecast your results. Views do not mean unique people or customers.

7. Optional Facebook posting

A single approved post on Dustin’s Facebook comedy page costs an additional $1,500. This is separate from video creation and requires a separate approval request. Dustin accepts a maximum of one to two posts per month, entirely at his discretion. The video and posting window must be approved before payment or booking. Buying a commercial does not reserve or guarantee a post.

8. Order information and email

Stripe processes payment details. The website stores the order reference, confirmed payment status, contact details, creative brief, and production records needed to fulfill the order. Order confirmation, a private brief link, production emails, and one reminder for a paid but incomplete brief are transactional messages. Purchasing or requesting a post does not subscribe you to marketing emails. See the privacy policy.
